Welcome to Centerville High School!

Centerville High School is a comprehensive public high school serving more than 2,700 students in grades 9-12 who reside in Centerville-Washington Township. CHS offers a rigorous curriculum with the purpose of preparing students for college and careers, as well as co-curricular programs.

With combined efforts of home and community, the mission of the high school is to graduate responsible and motivated citizens prepared for post-high school education and careers. Our emphases on academic excellence and a caring environment foster graduates who possess competencies in basic skills, effective communication skills, analytical thinking skills, problem solving skills and positive attitudes toward self and others. These attributes will enable students to become lifelong learners capable of meeting the challenges of a changing world.

CHS Theatre presents 'Curtains'

Don't miss Centerville High School Theatre's production of Curtains later this month!

In this musical comedy whodunit, the star of Robbin' Hood of the Old West falls dead after taking her bow, and a murder mystery is launched inside the theatre. Was it her understudy trying to take over the role? The producer trying to fix a flop? Come out on April 21-22 or 28-29 to find out!

Class of 2023 Commencement

We are excited to celebrate with the Centerville High School Class of 2023!

Commencement will take place at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 20 at the Wright State University Nutter Center. Doors open at 8 a.m.
