Marketing Education

Marketing Management is a two-year tech prep program designed to prepare students for a college concentration in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.

Through a variety of learning methods students will develop the knowledge and skills related to the career fields of marketing and business.

Promotion Strategies Ad Design and Layout
Visual Merchandising and Display Stock Handling/Inventory Control
Channels of Distribution Product/Service Planning and Branding
Professional Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills

Computer Technology Skills Teamwork
Business Ownership Marketing Information Management

 

Junior Year:

  • Meets one period per day
  • Membership in DECA, an association of marketing students
  • Operate the Hole in the Wall Spirit Shop
  • Co-op in the Hole in the Wall Spirit Shop

Senior Year:

  • Meets one period per day
  • Membership in DECA, an association of marketing students
  • Operate the Hole in the Wall Spirit Shop
  • Co-op an average of 15 hours per week outside of school
